Mike-
Thank you for the outstanding job on our kitchen and bath remodel. I have told you many times that I am recommending you to everyone and I wanted to make sure you knew exactly why we are recommending you and why we will call you for future jobs.
When we first met you to discuss the remodel you were clear about which of our ideas would work and were very helpful when suggesting alternatives, such as the thin-slab backsplash in the kitchen. You asked us questions we had not considered and offered us ideas we did not realize were options.
Once the remodel started I was impressed with Michael and Garrett's skill and professionalism. They are very talented and show a great deal of attention to detail. Michael and Garrett kept things moving at a good pace during the kitchen remodel, and were very considerate about keeping the work as un-disruptive as possible. We especially appreciated the clean job site they left at the end of each day. They found ways to make a big impact without a high cost, like the panels added to our bar and exchanging our island for a section of cupboards to make room for the wine refrigerator we wanted to add. Despite all of the challenges in our bathroom remodel'specifically the bathtub, Michael persisted in finding the best solutions and made sure I was aware of all changes from the original plan. He was also very efficient in completing the demolition and re-building of the bathroom'I could not believe how fast the job moved with just him working.
Beside adding monetary value to our house this remodel has helped us establish it as our home. Thank you again and we look forward to working with your on our next project.

Dear Mike,
We just wanted to express our thanks for the basement remodel job. Garrett did an outstanding job and we love the area. He was always there when he said he would be and was meticulous in every detail regardless of how minor it may have seemed.
Every day he was either here or made a call to coordinate with us concerning the subcontractors that would be coming. He takes great care and pride in his work and it shows in the finished product.
We have already had many comments about the quality of the work and are always ready to recommend Heartland to our friends. We look forward to working with you again for any of our future home improvement needs.
