• Education to client/caregiver of potential future needs
• Recommendations for home design or customized home modifications in collaboration with our Home Remodeling Experts
• Client/Caregiver clarification and approval of customized plan
• Implement construction of modifications

Follow Up

• Overview and continued guidance by the Adapability Specialist through project completion
• Follow-up of the project by Adaptability Specialist post completion
